We are a family of 2 + dog, so we don't really need things in bulk. However, I went the other day because I wanted to stock up on the big bags of DD coffee. I managed to stock up on $120 worth of bulk things while I was there - including this guy:
A monster jar of animal crackers. Just so you can see how big it is, it's almost the same height as my 27lb pug. And in case you can't read it, that's a 4 lb jar of animal crackers.

As you know, Danny and I just got a Sam's Club membership. I'm pretty sure that the savings on cat litter alone will make it worth the $40/year. :) If you guys can find a couple of things that you can buy there regularly, it's worth it.
And the samples aren't too bad either...
$40!?!? I used to pay $30 and I split it with my mom!
LOL, it's not THAT much! It breaks down to $3.33/month.
